Help, starter went out.
Does anyone know where to look for a new starter? 1981 CB650. I'm trying not to get a used one off EBay but that looks like the only option. Any help greatly appreciated. Thanks.

Re: 81 CB650 Transmission oil seal?????
Thanks,
I did call my local seal and bearing place. THey have a seal that matched the inner and outer diameter but the thickness is 3mm thinner(oem is 13mm theirs would be 10mm), do you think it would work?? I'm tempted to try it but would hate to make the leak worse.

Air filter pods
I'd like to replace the original air cleaner on my 81CB650 does anyone know if it will affect the way the bike runs? Will it require tuning? Also if anyone knows what size do the pods need to be? I see they are rated in metric sizes, 54mm, 62mm, 49mm and so on.

81 engine takes forever to warm up and run smooth?
New to older bikes. Can anyone lead me in what direction they would go to try to resolve the long warm up time of my engine. When I try to run the bike I have to choke it for about 4-5 minutes until it will run without the choke. Is it, air cleaners, carbeurators need work?
