Hi,
If you back out the idle speed adjuster screw (the one with the black plastic grip on your picture) the arm will get in contact with the throttle link. The adjustment then can take place by opening or closing the fork (the cut out on tha arm) on your picture.

Priming of oil.
I have compleatly rebuild the engin (1982) and have finally filled it with oil again today. I primed it with the starter motor for approx 2 minutes without the spark plugs being installed, and get oil pressure, but see no oil at the camshaft. Does anyone know if this is normal for this engine?

Hi, tanks for prompt advise. Upon closer look i find a connection that some previous owner have intentional sealed off with a rubber cap. I presume this is the connection you
