Thanks for the tips dudes! As for intake I am planning on going with pods. It still needs a lot of work nefore riding, I have a daily rider anyway so I am in no hurry. I think Christmas day will be my first ride as long as the weather co-operates, that's the goal anyway. I am also planning to build ...

I had to but all new cables and no wonder it would only run at extreme lean angles, was leaning off other side of bike every corner.


Good thing, I was just mocking it all up :)

80 CAFE RAT BUILD

So, I spent the better part of five hours in the garage yesterday afternoon, I have had this bike almost two weeks and it's half together half in a box state was really irritating me so the work began. Installed carbs and hooked up choke and throttle, painted tank and side panels flat acrylic black....

I just traded my 84 Venture for an Honda 750 Nighthawk, of which I gave to my bro as his first bike and an 80 CB 650, which I am going to build a Cafe style bike out of. The goal is to have is perfect by next summer, Currently I ride an 07 FZ1 and if I like the 650 on the road enough I will trade it...
