Thanks for this thread, did it today, seems like it came out pretty good. :D 2 gripes... Getting those BBs (or anything else) out is a serious PIA. I ended up using a magnet. And having to get out the POR coating that went bad. It was put in by the PO. I'm hoping to get away without redoing it...We'...

Got it running today!! I did the pine sol bath on the carbs that someone posted on another forum, got them back together, replaced some O-rings, and got her started today. Still have to adjust the valves, but it's starting to look up!!

Thank you. I found that page earlier, but was concerned about relying on the info for my bike because my carbs are different (CV?) from the ones pictured. Should I be concerned? Or is the other info aplicable to my model? Thanks again for any input.
