carbs bleeding?

is there something you need to do to the carbs after reinstalling them so they get gas to them. i hooked them up to the tank but i still dont think they are delivering fuel. also it seems like only one and two number carbs are only getting fuel

ok i know this is random but i was wondering what size compressor youd recommend for the garage. to do impacts and maybe painting. hp? psi? cfm? stuff like that. thank you. also what size gallon would be best. im just tryin to get some good ideas. dont have a lot of money to spend on this. just look...

well i have all the nipples on the bowls but not all four parts tht connect into the intake. only three. so my question tht im really looking for th answer to is are they necessary. can i just plug up the holes and call it good?

u kno i think ur rite. I looked at the diiagram more and thats wat it must be. so are the three other wires leaving with power?

ok well im really confused about this one. the ign has 5 wires goin to it. a black, red, two brown, and one brown white striped. Im guessing the red is power and that the black is ground. now th two brown ones leave the ign and go into the fuse box. the schematics show them connecting in the fuse bo...
