Hello! Bob here. I can not read your posts because pics are too big. Others may have answered already. Rockers are shot but can be resurfaced and chromed for $50 each. don,t throw them away, they are usable as cores for rebuilds and you can get core price out of them. Same with cam about 30 to 50 do...

1)check for GOOD Spark and clean grounds, wires, caps , plugs, coils- until you get it on all four. & (Power to Coils and Good Ground)
2) Check fuel level (float Level)
3) Check for Good Fuel delivery, Clean Entire fuel system
Then Basic Tune up procedures.
You will find it.

Yes, just tip it back and check for any slack just like the bikes you worked on. You can push the front forks towards engine and then pull back out and lift up and on the tubes to check for loose bearings there. You lost oil in one of the front fork tubes( Leaky Seal right?)
FIX IT!, Before you get Hurt. Just ask any experienced rider.

Well , if you have a bit of clutch pack wear or the adjuster screw has backed way off or the Lock Nut came lose and the Shaft Backed off, then it may not be releasing at all or very little at best. 1) Remove the Center Cap on the Clutch Cover (looks Like a Big Screw Head). (Inside will be a Shaft with a Adjuster Screw and a LOCK NUT) 2) Loosen Lock nut so Screw can be turned in. 3) Turn Adjuster Screw Clockwise until SLIGHT Resistance is felt. Hello!
I ate up a couple of sets and finally bought New tubes after looking at re chrome Costs. Mine were pitted and rusted a bit.
You would do well to polish your tubes at the same time you replace seals.
Yes The wrong seals and Old Brittle seals can be a problem.
