can I use cb550 pistons in a cb650 engine,I heard the engine is just a bigger cb550,maybe taller jugs and longer stroke?

can I put a 1980 cb650 engine in a 78 cb750 frame?

does anyone know if a breadbox air filter from a cb750 would fit on a cb650 by chance,have a chance to get one but do not want to just throw money away
