Re: 1980 CB650 OG style!
Took me far longer to finish this bike than I wanted but it's about done minus some minor things... Need bar end mirrors, braided brake lines, some decent rear shocks etc.. Little tiny cosmetic stuff.... Ended up pulling the motor to regasket and get rid of some oil leaks... That turned into paint a...

Where to find new jets for 1980 with slide carbs
Well I've got a 1980 that I need to rejet and everywhere I look I do not see the correct main jet.. The press in slow jets are correct on all the websites but the main jet with the emulsion tube attached is not what is pictured anywhere.. I'd hate to waste money and get the wrong jets... Where have ...

Re: Still need a little help....spark or fuel?
Have you taken it for a ride for 5-10 minutes than pulled a spark plug to see if its running lean or too rich?? a condition that is too lean will cause it not to accellerate due to lack of fuel, but on the other hand a bike running too rich will cause it to bog down by flooding it...

Re: Leaky head
there are 6 of these coin gaskets.. a large majority of the time they are the cause for the leaky oil on these motors.. unfortunately the rocket cover gasket and the inspection cover gaskets are probably dry and need to be replaced also... ordering an entire engine gasket kit is usually the cheapest...
