need help finding aftermarket petcock for 84 cb650
I am trying to find an aftermarket petcock for my 84 cb 650 that doesnt have the vacuum shutoff but I am not sure what the correct measurements are. Does the 84 have a 18 mm bung where the petcock connects to the tank? I am trying to figure out if this petcock will fit my 84 cb 650: http://www.ebay....

Thanks for all your help with this. It turned out to be just corrosion on connections. I also pulled off the cover on the right side of the motor to look at the pulse generator pickups and there was a lot of corrosion in there. There are little metal pieces that the rotor spins by and they have some...

I figured out the problem. It was the coil on the left side of the bike. I am going to swap them just to be sure. What are people doing for replacement coils? Heres whats strange though, on both coils there are 2 wires running to them. There is constant power going to both wires on each coil. Isnt there supposed to be some sort of a pulse or something to create the spark?

Would I still get power to the coils if the kill switch wasnt working? I am getting power to both coils.
