Does this mean you don't have the H4 55/60W bulbs in US as standard but the 40/45W Bilux?
I think all European models should have H4 reflectors with bulbs.

Sometimes I used an old electric blanket to do some pre-heating of the engine.

Interesting engine protection. Looks a bit like for a dirtbike. There were times when it would have been good to have it.
