Did you guys go check the "69 750 ko" at ebay posted at sohc4? It looks like a 82 nitehawk 650. Lister is either a idiot or tryin to scam someone.

Was there any duration/profile numbers listed at the old site? I'm going to do a few races then get the 550 cam and try it. What the hell all i can do is lose more. I did post pics at the sohc4 gallery.

Yes the "special tool " does make it easier. Was there rum in the coffee Ibsen?
The lite on my 360 makes me want to carry candles. Good thing its mostly lighted going to work.

I just bought an 81 650 with 15,000 miles but mine is black no 2-tone paint and it has the 4-4 pipes and it does look cool I like the back rest on yours and I would like to find one for mine. Remembere the 650 used all the 550 tooling. No cam offered for the 650 but you can have one welded and reground for 300+. The 550 cam I want to try is only 150. 550 perf cam

Paul fron the sohc4 site stoped by today with a 550 cam. We measured it and it is the same a 650 cam but less lift. Web cam lists 550 performance cam that has .030" more lift than the 650. So what HP gain would that get? Not much I'm sure

Those rears look like the signals on the 80/82 650s here. Fronts look like the standard 70's honda style.

The 81/82 standard models should be the same a the 79/80 as only the custom and nitehawk went to the dual disks.

The 79Z model was the only 650 with the hinged seat in the US. Z model went on untill when? in the other markets.
