Welcome to the forum. That is a really good looking 650.

There are many models that use the same size gaskets. If you have a Honda dealership nearby you can take the gasket you have got to them for comparison and they should have replacements that fits.

I would not be surprised if the CM ignition switch doesn't match the 650 electrics.
What's wrong with the 650 ignition switch btw?

I had a look at a couple of pics in the Haynes manual and on those pics it looks like the relay is strapped to the battery box with a rubber band. This is how it is mounted on my 650Z. At a steady 55~60mph I get approx 53~54mpg.

That is the way I adjust the free play in my clutch, and as far as I remember it is according to the Honda workshop manual.
