Re: trip to the Carb Dark Side

I do not know if you separated the carburetors between 1&2 and 3&4 if so, are your choke flaps rubbing on walls of the carburetors? Loosening the flaps and set them in right position solved the problem in my case and Oldgringo you should have a famous T  vents between 1 & 2 and 3 &a...

Re: Carb - "T" Air Vents Replacement

New T-vents total luxury  I looked up a Honda parts schematic (Part labeled #1 is the O-Rings in RED Circle) but it appears they only come in a KIT??? Is that correct?? unfortunately you're right but you can always look for a replacement in the auto store.Maybe you can find something similar to...

Re: Carb - "T" Air Vents Replacement

Foundation for me is a set of good screwdrivers.Screws are easily damaged and a little WD40 helps to loosen them a bit.To install new T fittings you do not have separate carburetor in the middle...

Re: Rotor Testing

Hello.I do not think that you have to remove the rotor to perform the test.Readings before and after removing I had the same,in your case it should look the same, of course, if your bike is the same age as my 79-82,everything above and below :?: .If you will need to remove the rotor does not use the...
