looks great! I really like the lowered look in the front. Wish I knew someone who could weld a support in for me if I choose to go with a solo seat.

Re: '79 cb650
I took the carbs back off (just for fun I guess) and noticed that #4 was the only one that dumped a lot of gas out of it as I set them down. 1 does this mean that carbon was not running right? 2 what would be the issue? It was draining right out of the carbon body not the bowl drain tube. Any ideas?

Re: '79 cb650
Update on the project, finished putting together the carbs and installed them, used a jumper cable (because I don't have a good battery) and a makeshift gas tank and fired up the bike yesterday. It runs!!! no status on how well it runs but it fired right up as soon as we got fule in it and ran well ...

Carb adjustment
I am getting ready to put my carbs back together and I was noticing that the air mix screw is screwed all the way in and on most pics I see they are out a little, is there a baseline adjustment? or are each different?

fitment exhaust
I have a 79 and I know only certain carbs line up correctly and I would assume that would be the same for headers and exhaust set up. My exhaust on the right side under the rider peg completely rusted and rotted through and the left is on its way to the same. I would like to do a 4-1 but dont have t...

Re: My new 1982 Honda CB650
[quote="Pesco"]When my next couple of paychecks are going to come in i want to make a few modifications, like replacing exhausts and gas tank.
I would be interested in your exhaust if you are going to replace it. I think it would fit my 79.
