My project bike

Postby nemesis_custom » Fri Apr 17, 2015 6:03 am

Here are the pics of my project cb650, i think its an '83 custom.

I don't know if its SOHC or DOHC so any help with identification would be gratefully received

So there it is, its pretty ropey in places but i am hoping most of it is cosmetic :P

Its a 82 (up to 84? in UK) luxury custom aka Nitehawk. Looks like someone put a Kawi wheel on the front. Yes it is SOHC.
And replaced the stock turn signals. Its not to far gone but will need work and parts hunting for stock. What is the tank like inside?
Did you clean the tank out?!?!?!?!

The tank is pretty bashed up around the filler, but the guy i got it from gave me a new tank he bought so i will probably go with the new one.

nice so many good ones get hacked up. Keep a look out for tank and covers. They are hard to find. Only the sohc4 nitehawk will work.
