Thanks. I like the factory look of it too. Now I just need another one to tear apart, customize, and repaint. :)

The picture was taken about 2 weeks after I purchased the motorcycle. If you look carefully at the master cylinder you can see a black sock. The other owner put it there to absorb leaking brake fluid! :? Needless to say the braking was spongy, and I did replace the master cylinder.

Looks sharp. Have you noticed that most of us can't settle for just one CB650? I've been thinking the same thing. I'd like to find another complete bike too. Is yours the one where there was some question (in the old forum) about the clearance between the front fender and the tire?

No, but now that you mention it...I just look at the other bikes pictures and my tire is really close to the fender. I'd better make sure nothing is lose, rigged, and the tire is the correct size. It's the one from the previous owner. Gotta love previous owners.

The front tire is that close to the fender on my bike too. But that is how the European Z model came from the factory.

I checked my tires (working at home today :) ). It's the correct size. I can fit my finger between the fender and tire. I think the camera angle make it look too close.

Yes, the original gap to the front fender is quite small also for the RC05.
