Welcome here, Bobby!
Your bike really looks like brand new! And it looks like it is not your only CB650 in such impressing shape! Compared to that, a look into my garage would be quite distressing.
For riding, be aware that 30 year old tires are hard and slippery. You'll be completely lost on a wet road. Also have an eye on your brakes. Replace the brake fluid, from the colour of what comes out you may decide whether it might be a god idea to open and clean the calipers.

Re: I never dreamed...
Thank you for the welcome Volker_p! Yes i have alraedy cleaned the brake system and replaced the front hoses. Other than that the calipers and pistons are very well indeed. i do have a complete parts bike also of the same yr and apart from the frame. is in just as good shape. It is the red color variant though. The othe cb in the picture is my fathers and it is a 79 cb650. in as good as shape as mine also. I really am glad to find you all here and look forward to tradeing some great info.

Cb650 i doubt your bike looks bad. Would love to see a pic of it. Maybe there is one on here somewhere i will look. Even though i haven`t rode my bike much it has been well taken care of over the last 29 or so yrs. I never could get rid of her. just loved her too much.

Yes I love the blue also. I aquired a blue on years ago but the starter clutch is out and the chrome is not the best. I would just swap the tank but some dillweed scraped the helmet warning sticker off with a putty knife. So now there is a square of rust on it.

I hate it when someone does something like that cb650. Such a shame. Guess you could repaint it?
