Here's a little video of the sweet sounds of my CB650's MAC 4-1 exhaust.

I think it sounds tuff for a little bike :D

very cool. I am inspired. You have indeed, a tough little bike there! The bike sounds sweet, even through my laptop speakers! There are a lot of "z" bikes in the UK that run MOTAD four into 1 systems. Mine had one fitted when I bought her. I imagine the roar is similar. Its a nice end can too - liking the blacked out pipes. Not brave enough to try that out yet. Maybe when a descent set of pipes....oh hell....I'm watching a set on e-bay right now! Where did I put my tin of heat proof paint???

Hi bandwidth, I was watching thos too (still looking for a RH 2-1 for my Dunstall silencers) ans saw your bid. They said 2" bore on the outlet which is too big for the Dunstall cans so I left them alone.

Are you replacing some pipes with these, or just puuting them in store 'just in case'?

regards, Phil

PS - sorry Dan, bit of a thread-hijack going on...

Well, to be honest i'm not sure! Got a pleasantly throaty set of pipes on the bike now. There's also a rough MOTAD system in the shed. But, four pipes, painted black. 2" bore? Got a couple of straight thru chrome silencers on my Triumph that are technically legal to use on the honda as its a pre 19-80-something machine. The silencers come from a company called Custom Fastners I think or Custom Chrome. They are based in South Wales - but you won't find them on the net. They have a mail-order catalogue instead. Tried the pipes on my CBX 750 last year. It was...INCREDIBLE! So...I figured these pipes had my name on them!

There's an outfit up here that can make bespoke pipes and silencers too. I can't leave anything alone, that's my trouble!!

My info is out of date.

This is them. Custom fasteners. In good old wales!

They stock a shed load of stuff. :)
