My 1981 Honda CB 650Custom at Golf view Covered bridge

Postby arcangel » Mon Aug 09, 2010 11:02 pm

This is a picture I took on 8-7-10 with my cell phone camera it is the most current pic of my bike to date it has the used engine guards, new seat cover, used sissy bar rack used saddle bags, new wind shield also I added running lights to the saddle bag backs. not shown in the picture but they have cut down on the cars running up on me at nights and all most hitting me now they can see me much more clearly now.
SO what do you think?

I found these old pictures of my bike and it's previous owner before it set in the barn for 5 years and wasted a way I just wish I had taken some pictures of it before I started working on fixing it up.
Still it gives you some idea of what it looked like before he rode it for 3 years and put it in the barn for 5 years
The pics were called Da chair We found this old chair out in the middle of no ware so we took some pics for fun.

you can see even back then the covers and forks were in bad shape and very dull looking.

nice bike arcangel, apart from the seat. not a big fan of that seat style although when I had seen them I had liked them.

cb650: i think he has D404s on the bike now.

Sorry No I have the D404s My old tires were hard as a brick and useless on wet pavement,
well unless you like sliding sideways on every stop and turn.

Still I could just kick my self for not keeping them, would be great if I ever wanted to keep the bike as a history pc :D

As to the seat that was what was on the bike when I got it,
and for the kind of riding I do 10,000 per year it is much better on the butt cheeks.
