Looks like you started from scratch. I 'd say engine, wheels and front fork are of a Z-Model, rest is more or less self made or other bikes?
How the line of the front frame is taken over and continued by the exhaust: Just great!
Maybe one should try to find a similar, rather straight solution for the tank and the straight frame tube.
If the hand lever is gearshift, make sure it has its own spring to center it. Otherwise acceleration may cause trouble.

Your brother must be very happy.Paint looks great. Hand lever is a very interesting solution I like it .Merry Christmas.

In case the long lever at the right side should be front brake: be careful!
