No, stock is plastic with "FUSE" written on it. No chance to get it like that.
In any case a steel cover should be high enough (and/or be taped inside) for obvious reasons!

lol...yep! That one is a 57 Oval that I call Crusty. It is all new under the body but the body is all rust
Then I have a 71 that is being painted right now also. It is a RHD that was brought over from Japan. Then my wife drives a 2011 VW Routan
We are a VW family

I had a Karmann-Ghia (custom car body on beetle chassis) when I was sixteen or so but lost my interest on driving cars as soons as I finally had a driving license.
Nevertheless I still like to watch them.
