Re: My new CB650 Bobber
Welcome,
That is a quite unique bike. Would you mind giving us closer pictures of the left and right side to see some of the details? Judging by the forks and wheels, I would guess it began life as a 1981 CB650C and has been heavily customised. I also noticed the #2 header clamp is off. Are the studs broken, or the nuts just were not put on?

Re: My new CB650 Bobber
Thanks for the welcome.
Its definitely a very interesting bike. The previous owner said the frame was a 1980 Honda pan head equivalent frame. I still dont know exactly what frame this is from, and I cant tell if the back has been chopped. If it has been, the welds were done very well.
The motor is from a 1981 CB650. The PO removed the carb rack and had a pipe made that allows 1 carb to feed all 4. Oddly enough (sarcasm) it didnt work well. I just picked up a carb rack from an 82 CB650. Its a keihin cv carburetor. Ill rebuild it and see what happens.
Ill try to get some more pics up later

Welcome here!
Yes quite interesting. Especially the gearshift. The pedal is the clutch then?
Also extensive modification of the sprocket cover.
I agree about several 1981 Custom parts.

Re: My new CB650 Bobber
Well, I suppose if the PO didn't know how to sync the carbs, the best option would be to only use one to feed all 4 cylinders. lol I'd love to see a pic of what that looked like!
The cycle looks as if it was used as a hill climb racer. Knobby tires, low handlebars and short rake.
