You won't be getting a stock airbox back into that modified frame. Good luck with the rejetting!
You may want to find some shorter springs for those forks also. Is there any travel left?
An open end wrench for a suicide shifter? Make sure you keep your fingers clear!
Is the battery at least shock mounted? If not. Go with an AGM battery to give it a chance. An SLA will not hold up to all the abuse it will get.

You got yourself more than a learning experience. Have all the welds on that frame double, and triple checked.

Suicide shift is gone, its the first thing i changed, I was sick of it jabbing me in the leg. Good call on the battery, didnt think about that. Ill sell my battery to my buddy, and pick up an AGM. Allready have a guy lined up to have a look at the welds,
Thanks for the suggestions!

I will get some more pictures, just have to get them off my phone.

That thing looks good man. I can see the forks are pushed up the trees, but I'm guessing you have it pulled down tight too. For a speedo, if you're looking for something small, they're out there. I got one from dime city cycles. Just have to get the right ration. I forget now. Good luck with it.

you need 4:1 ratio for the the tach and 60kph:1400rpm (60mph:2240rpm) for the speedo. goodluck finding one that you like. if you are replacing both, try to match it by its backlight (bulb vs led) for good aesthetics in the dark.

Bongskit, thanks for the info.
Nitroeagle, ya they are pushed up, I think I may slide them back down a little, just to gain a little more clearance.
