HondaCB650

Hi guys, thanks for having me - this seems like a great community.

My name is Stuart, I am from the UK, but live in The Netherlands and have owned many bikes over the years I have a deep seeded love for Hondas and have just purchased my first CB650.

It is from 1983, but it seems to be a rare colour scheme. Can anyone tell me a little bit more about this model? Have I bought a good one?

What you have looks like a CB650Z model. I don't know a whole lot about those other than they were not available on my side of the pond (Hence, the reason I'm not familiar). Over here in the US, the 1983 CB650's were the SC models known as the Nighthawk. This was the year they began making them with double overhead cam (DOHC) engines.

The bike looks great! How does it run?

They where made until 84 for other markets.
