my "new" seat

i had my seat refurbished by Sargent Cycles in jacksonville fla...i think it looks great...thought you might like to see the results...ski

it is quite comfortable...had them replace some of the foam on the seat with their "super foam" ...feels good!!

I recovered mine my self from a kit it was a pain but it worked.

This look great - and more contemporary. Sargent makes nice products. I used a stock cover they make for an '87 VF700C - fit like a glove and true to original design except the 'carbon fiber fabric pattern.' Did you ship them your seat and have them do the whole thing custom - or is this a stock cover?

tk, i shipped the entire seat to them. had them raise the riders seat back 1 inch. it is all custom...they used a bit of their foam on the driver seat...that is their cover material on it. cost was about 250 if i remember right....hope it is not in vain...still trying to get it running...but am close...i can feel it!!!!!
