poor idle (lumpy)
if you have a carb balancer kit, the vacuum is lower and erratic
flat spot when accelerating
hard starting

I've all these symptoms when I had a cracked rubber. what finally forced me to sort it was the hard starting and poor idle

Turn throttle. Drink a cup of coffee while waiting and watching the scenery, then finally go ahead.

Similar like accelerator pump not working.

Well i must say that my problems is not that severe. What can occur is that if i have driving the bike around 4500 rpm and comes to a long downhill straight and release the clutch, releasing the throttle, the engine can die for me. That is the reason i wonder if the inlet manifolds may have minimal damages that can cause those symptoms i described.

Try turning the idle adjuster knob up a bit. Right side of the carbs, can reach it sitting on the bike. Yours may need a 1/2 turn. Try that first. Get it to idle at home then grab a portable propane torch, open valve and poke around the intakes, if the idle speeds up you either have a loose clamp or cracked isolators.
