Here's the challenge. Getting engine out of frame. Is this the easiest? This the way? Tips!

That lower sub-frame bracket on the bottom right hand side unbolts from the main part of the frame to remove the motor. I can see in the picture you still have a few bolts to remove. The bike does not have to be on its side, or laying down to remove the motor.

The Volt is right. You have part of the frame you need to remove to get the engine out.
