Powdercoating frame

How can I get out the rubber shock mounts on the swing-arm so I can powdercoat it?

I see that these bushings are obsolete from Honda. I assume they will get wrecked in the baking process after powder coating?? Has anyone tried leaving them in for powder coating? Thx!

The same part for a 1976 CB750 (and older) is still available but has a different part number:40548-268-000 vs my part #52451-357-000. Are the old ones interchangeable?

I don't know if they are the same but I was able to press mine out with a tool from the bicycle shop used for pressing out bearings, etc. It worked perfect and I was able to press them back in.
Btw, don't try to powder coat with any rubber attached.
