You have inherited a mess. Not much of what you have it standard CB650 gear.

Re: My crazy electrical gremlin
I'd do your homework before you follow any of my advice and end up blowing something up. I'll try to explain how some of these systems work though.
So you're saying your ignition has a spring loaded start position? When you over rotate the key to that position it should power up the unused elec-connector on the back. If that is the case you may need a wire going to the spare connector on the selonoid... unless you need a ground, then the ignition is useless. There should be a battery connector, a starter connector, then a third one. When you put power... or maybe ground.. on the third one it connects the battery to the starter.
The other option would be to run from the battery positive(?)... ...or the negative... to a little inline fuse for safety, then to one side of a button (momentary contact, you don't want to just turn on the starter with a light switch and have to flick it off), then from the other side of the button to the extra bolt on the solenoid.
Like others have said it's hard to say how that's wired given it has an aftermarket harness. It looks like there is a wire that goes from the solenoid to a... ...hidden switch?
Either way you need to get ground or power to the selenoid. Assuming it runs off 12V you should be able to just jump from your battery to the extra solenoid bold for testing. If you pick the wrong side of the battery it shouldn't hurt anything... unless there is some strange back fed circuitry...

Re: My crazy electrical gremlin
hey thanks for answering!!!
So I got a a wiring harness and original solenoid took out the hunk of shit that was in there and started making connections that i had. i got the original ignition to connect and most the connections minus the rear break and turn signals and all of the front lights as well. they are a mess of what he did with no original matching connections to the them. I have everything to where i believe it goes i just need new ends so i can attach the parts i have to the original harness. i will post picture and any advice where to get these connections or what i could do to finish this would be great!! pictures are on my phone so i will post them after i post this hahaha thanks for reading again!!!
