I don't know how much different a European 650 is from this diagram, but I'm guessing they're pretty close. I just checked my swingarm this spring. Thought I'd need new bushings, but it just needed some grease (it was pretty dry) and torqued to the right spec.

Remove the mufflers, rear wheel (chain guard, chain, brake linkage all have to be released), remove shocks at the base, and finally the bolt that goes through the swingarm. The bushings have tolerances that can be measured. Check it all out, replace if needed, and reassemble.

Well checking those pics it's the same. What i really need to know if there may be any special issues to the removal of the swing arm. But actually i dont know if it needs some grease it may need it.

There are no special issues removing it. It's very straight forward. I'd remove it, clean it up, re-grease, re-torque to spec and see if you still have a problem.

with any almost 40 year old vehicle any simple job can become difficult. Corrosion and previous owners are a big thing.
Ant it zirk is on the top of the swing arm. I think its on the bottom of my 360.
Did you clean the tank out?!?!?!?!
