Help removing cylinder head pls

So I think I just need a trick or something I don't know about. I got the bolts out and the whole cylinder block wants out. The head is entirely separated except for the locating dowels it looks like. Is there something to pry up in there safely? And I don't want to do one stupid little $300 mistake ya know? Never been this deep. Thanks!
