Just removed the air box and did a preliminary pod filter test with coffee filters with rubber bands as I haven't even ordered pod filters yet. I know coffee filters are not the same but should this be happening? I have simply left the vent tubes from the carbs and the cylinder head cover open as I read people route them elsewhere than the air box and basically leave them open so Idk if that has anything to do with it. The carbs/floats all were fine beforehand and now all are leaking at the rear, through my coffee filter pods. What's going on here? Should this be expected? If so why?

Re: Carbs leaking from the rear after removing air box
Okay, I removed the filters, tested it out for about a minute (trying to go to bed) and with a little cold it didn't die and didn't appear to leak from the rear so I'm guessing the filters were too restrictive. Better made for coffee :p. And I don't k ow how air works to have prevented them from leaking but that's my best guess. I'm probably going to order some pod filters and try this out for real.
