If it's broken or just needs tweaked

What a mess

Postby 1980cb650 » Sat Mar 11, 2006 9:29 pm

I decided to take the hardbags off my bike and put the regular turn signals back on it. In doing so, I found that whoever put the bags on and wired the lights did a terrible job. Now I've got to rewire the whole tailight setup.

Did you find the rat that lives there?

Running all new wires and cuttin that mess out will be better in the long run.

Turns out it wasn't as bad as it looked. He had put splitters on each wire for some odd reason. I took them off and taped them up, it'll look fine now. Now the problem is finding the right tubes for the signals. I have one of the correct tubes, and two that came with the signals that are incorrect. I might have to rig something up.
