Frame Changes?

How much did they change the CB650 from '79 on up? In other words, will the tank, seat, sidecovers, etc. from an '80, '81, or '82 fit on my '79? I like the looks of the later models but like the performance of the '79 (and I already have the '79). What it take to "convert?"

I think it would be easier to put a 79 motor in a later frame. Also I dont thing the 79 had more hp than the others except the bikes that went to germany.
