Hey Guys,
just had a question in regards to the rocker arms. Taking the head cover apart for cleaning I noticed the rocker arms have a 32° or 33° cast into them. I'm pretty sure I recorded correctly where everything was, but this is what I have them labeled as. Does this just have something to do with the machining of the cam lobes? Thanks in advance for any help regarding this.
INTAKE:
#1 32°
#2 32°
#3 33°
#4 33°
EXHAUST:
#1 32°
#2 32°
#3 32°
#4 33°
Degrees cast into rocker arms?
Re: Degrees cast into rocker arms?
Actually not sure if it has anything to do with degrees, but here is a picture of what I'm talking about.

I don't remember to notice numbers on there, but I am old ...
Typically numbers on Honda parts (like e.g. the camshaft and main bearing letters and numbers) mean production numbers before finishing treatment. So without possible further (then 30-year-old!) info on the peculiar production series, they often have no meaning for us at all.
