Hi
So close to being finished with this build. Looks great, Engine completely re-built and now I have a carbs issue!!! Apparently at leat 2/4 of the needle seats are F^*£ed. Looks like a screwdriver/drill bit has damaged them. I spoke with David Silver and it isn't a part that's replaceable and the seat is just made into the carb. Dont really know what to do other that replace completely. Cant seem to find anything online. Grateful for any help or advice. I either need complete carbs or someone that could remove and re-instal new seats.
Cheers all

Here you can find some inspiration on what may help in "light" cases:

If damage is too much for that you could try to get a set like that that fits the CB650: https://www.common-motor.com/550-needle-valve
I think the seats should look like this one (for the piston carbs): https://motocomp-online.com/honda/1927- ... -seat.html
If you don't find commercial seats that fit your carbs, probably a good mechanic could make a brass seat if you give him the residuals of a bad seat and a good needle.
In any case you can proceed like shown here:

I would think it is worth a try before you get other 40 year old carbs of again questionable status.
