Guess the only way to get some money here at all is a closer picture of the petcock and name the shipping cost without the tank.

It was either that, or throw it away! Might as well let someone else have a crack at it.

Remove the petcock and throw that desolate residuals of a tank over a scrapyard fence in a dark night.
