I was at a garage/rummage sale a couple weeks ago and saw a like-new camo chemical suit for sale that would fit me. It's fabric on the exterior in desert camo with an impermeable membrane liner. It’s in two pieces; a hooded jacket and bib pants. $5.00. I couldn’t pass it up for spring and fall riding. I bought it more for the pants than the hooded jacket. I have a bright yellow jacket with reflective tape stripes and I’ll usually wear that for better viz. The pants have Velcro straps at the ankles to snug around my boots. Some riding friends have some name brand riding gear but for $5, I get the same wind and rain protection. The money I saved on the suit I can put in the gas tank.
