I have been contemplating putting this cafe racer project back on the road, and it probably would not take much to do it, but I know realistically it's just not gonna happen. I have a couple other projects I need to finish before I can even think about getting to this one. So, I've decided to part it out.

1979 Honda CB650 with 16k miles. Despite being in partial cafe trim, I still have most of the stock parts, and some extras (a couple seats, a couple tanks, and a box full of misc goodies). I will begin disassembling this bike within the next week or two.

I will be breaking this bike down over the coming days, photographing individual pieces, and selling everything. Let me know what you need. I will be updating this thread with a list of parts that have sold. It is fairly common for me to ship parts out the following day after receiving a PayPal payment, but sometimes it takes me two or three.

I will answer PM's, but if you have an interest or questions about specific parts, it's usually best (and quicker) if you email me directly at witttom@yahoo.com (three T-s in w-i-t-t-t-o-m).

Interested in front fender, headlight, mounting ears and blinkers if not badly rusted or pitted. Can you send pictures?

The headlight that I have from this 79 model is not original and not in great shape. I do have a nice headlight assembly from a 1982 model year, but I'm no sure if the style is the same as the 79 or if it is what you're looking for.

Fender (I have a couple)...

This 79 also used a different set of headlight mounting brackets that did not attach to the forks like other models years that I've seen. I'll need to have a closer look to see which ones are in decent shape. I have a couple different sets. Do you need a set like this, or something other?

I will try to get pics of everything else.

These would be for an 81' Custom. I'm looking to replace worn/ratty parts with nicer items.

The 82' headlight looks perfect. Do you happen to have the reflectors also?

The fender looks nice enough no dings, and minimal rust/pitting.

The mounting ears pictured look like they would fit, but don't meet the requirement of minimal rust/pitting.

I'd like to see what other fenders and mounting ears/blinkers you may have.

Thanks again.

I dug through several of my parts bins for spares.

I do have a pair of headlight bucket reflectors.

I have some other headlight mounting ears, but they're all in about the same shape:

Likewise with the fenders. I have several. All of them are either really dirty, or have light surface rust. This one looks rough, but I was able to rub some of the rust off with my fingers:

I also have a different style that I have found on some CB650's. I believe this one is from an 81 custom. I have a couple of these. This is probably the better of the two. They're a lighter fender and do not have the crossover bracing like the others. This one has a slight crease on the forward left edge that can been seen in this photo.

I'm assuming none of these are really up to par with what you're looking for, but figured I'd show you what I have.

I have several turnsignals/stalks scattered about. I just forgot to take a photo of any of them while I was in my workshop.
