Welcome here! :D

Hm, this looks like fuel line dimensions and no stock clamp.
From the bottom of the carbs means it is connected there (to what?) or just ends there above the transmission case?

It'S connect in the bottom of the carb -in the pics not very clear but you will see the head vis where it is located
(right in the middle of carb 1 and 2 on the left side, the tube in front) - When I connect my tank on it gas was going to the floor. (sorry it's sideway)

That looks like your fuel pipe that goes to you fuel tap, if you connect it to your fuel tap and fuel pours on your floor have you checked the clamps are tight and the pipe hasn't got splits/perished?

Fuel pipe, blue arrow, ignore the two circled items.

The two thinner pipes are just float bowl vents, they do not connect to anything.

Green = Float bowl vents, these do not connect to anything, they are just tucked between the carbs and airbox.
Red = Fuel pipe connects to the fuel tap/petcock.
Where are you located?

That explains the difference in terminology, in the UK a fuel tap is very rarely called a petcock
